This Sunday, January 4, launches the 2009 Under Armour Combine series. Our first Combine takes place at the Citrus Bowl complex in Orlando, Florida, site of the 2009 Under Armour All-America Game later that evening. The game will feature over 30 athletes who participated in the 2008 Combines and were selected as All-Americans.
The 2009 Under Armour All-America Game Combine will feature athletes from all over the southeast region, many of whom may just be back in 2010 as members of the Under Armour All-America Game!
Athletes will be tested in the 40-yard dash, 20-yard shuttle, broad jump, vertical leap and 3-cone drill. They will also receive positional coaching from former NFL stars such as Eric Metcalf, Joe Andruzzi, George Teague and Michael Dean Perry. Furthermore, they will learn how to make themselves better everyday through TNP Performance Training with TNP Council member Chip Smith in attendance.
Be sure to check back following the Combine for a complete recap. Also be sure to visit combines.underarmour.com/ for the latest Combine updates and schedule.
